Qinzhou Nanhai Group was founded in 2002 and is located in Qinzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The group consists of Qinzhou Lantian Chemical Industry and Mining Co., Ltd., Lingshan Changan Chemical Mining Co., Ltd., Qinzhou Nanhai Chemical Co., Ltd., Guiping Nanhai Technology Co., Ltd., and currently employs more than 500 people. 37 professional and technical personnel, 12 scientific research personnel, is a private enterprise specializing in the production of manganese sulfate.

The group headquarter is located on the 19th floor of Qinzhou Yongli Building and is responsible for the group's procurement, logistics, sales, finance, and negotiation.
